$75.00 Registration Fee(refundable until, but not after, January 10 ,2019) per 12 x12 vendor space 

$25 – Electricity Fee ( You must provide 30ft extension cord. We will have a hook up within 30ft of your booth) MUST PURCHASE SEPARATELY

Please, only family-friendly vendors apply. Please contact us with any concerns. Edgy is okay, but offensive does not go with the spirit of the event. This is an all-ages show.

12'X12' Space

Date of Registration, previous Baygrass vendors and your product will determine space selection. Please provide the best contact method either via email or through vendor booth purchase. 

NO ATM PROVIDED, please bring a handheld system( Like Square or Pay Pal)

 Lighting NOT provided 

ALL VENDORS MUST BE SET UP BY 10:00 AM and stay until the last band hits the stage at APPROXIMATELY 7 PM. Gates open at 10:00 AM and Music starts at 11 am. 

Set-Up begins at 8 AM on Sunday, 1/19

2 Vendor passes per booth

All vehicles must be removed from the vendor area by 9:30 am and parked in designated vendor parking.
