A No-Cost Community Event for Adults with Epilepsy

Who?     

Adults (18+)

What? 

Join us for a meaningful and creative evening focused on reflection, intention, and connection. Together, we’ll create vision boards that represent our hopes, goals, and intentions for 2026 in a supportive and welcoming environment.

Participants are encouraged to begin collecting images, photos, and magazines they’d like to incorporate into their personal vision boards. All materials will be provided, but personal touches are always welcome.

Caregivers are warmly invited to attend and will have the opportunity to connect in a separate space while creating their own vision boards alongside others who share similar experiences.

Why?      

Creativity & Connection brings adults in the epilepsy community together for a relaxing and meaningful gathering centered on reflection, creativity, and support. Living with epilepsy can sometimes feel isolating—this event offers a welcoming space to slow down, connect with others who understand the journey, and express personal hopes and intentions through the creation of vision boards. Through shared conversation and creative exploration, we build community, encourage one another, and reaffirm that no one faces epilepsy alone.

Important Details:

• RSVP is required by Monday, January 19th

• Flash photography will be used.

• Photos/videos from this event may be used in EFSDC newsletters, social media, website, and promotional materials.
