An Oktoberfest Supper Club
Raise a glass and join us for a four-course celebration inspired by the flavors of Bavaria!
This September, Supper Club is going Oktoberfest. PROST! brings together classic German-inspired flavors, Vortex-style creativity, and the intimate Supper Club experience you know and love.
Your ticket includes a four-course chef-prepared dinner, with optional curated beer, wine, and bourbon pairings available to complement each course.
THE MENU
FIRST COURSE | BEER CHEESE FONDUE
House-made beer cheese fondue with warm soft pretzel, smoked sausage, roasted apple, cornichons, and whole-grain mustard.
SECOND COURSE | CRISPY PORK SCHNITZEL
Crispy pork schnitzel with warm apple-cabbage slaw, house-made mustard cream, fresh herbs, and lemon.
THIRD COURSE | DUNKEL-BRAISED BEEF
Slow-braised beef with house-made brown butter spätzle, roasted carrots, caramelized onion, and rich dunkel jus.
FOURTH COURSE | BAKED BAVARIAN APPLE
Warm baked apple filled with pretzel-pecan strudel, served with vanilla mascarpone and dunkel caramel.
