Set sail for an unforgettable evening of coastal flavors at Vortex Bottle Shop's Supper Club.

This month, we're bringing the coast to Harrisburg with Under the Sea—a thoughtfully curated four-course dining experience celebrating fresh seafood, bright citrus, and the relaxed elegance of seaside dining. Each course is prepared from scratch by our culinary team and designed to showcase the fresh, vibrant flavors of the coast.

The Menu

Citrus Shrimp & Mango Salad
Grilled chilled jumbo shrimp over a crisp mango-avocado slaw with a bright honey-lime vinaigrette.

Coastal Smoked Salmon Toast
Warm grilled baguette layered with smoked salmon, chive & dill cream cheese, cucumber ribbons, pickled red onion, capers, and fresh herbs.

Lemon Garlic Halibut
Parmesan-herb crusted halibut finished with a silky lemon beurre blanc, served alongside creamy lemon orzo and French green beans with brown butter almonds.

House-Made Key Lime Pie
Scratch-made graham cracker crust, classic key lime filling, toasted coconut, mango coulis, fresh whipped cream, and candied lime zest.
