On a Glidden Point Oyster Farm tour, visitors will delve into the rich history of the Damariscotta River and oyster farming in the region. You'll gain insights into the fascinating world of oysters, from their biology to their cultivation, and the farming techniques in between. Witness a working farm in action, from the harvesting of our oysters on our docks to shucking them on the patio, our tour provides a unique and Maine experience.

Families and Kids Welcomed!

Leashed dogs are also allowed on the tour and on our patio. 

Tours Daily at 11:30AM & 1:30PM 
Duration: Tour 45 mins - 1HR + a complimentary oyster tasting and shucking lesson on the patio. Note: For the full tour and tasting experience, we recomemmend allotting yourself at least 75 minutes.
