WhistleStop: Rocket City's BBQ Festival is BACK!
A beloved North Alabama tradition since 2001, WhistleStop returns October 17th & 18th, 2025, to the vibrant MidCity District! Presented by the Apollo Coalition, this year's festival features a new contest, fantastic music, and more!

The Apollo Coalition (a 501c3 organization) builds community through arts and innovation. Our mission is to empower people to collaborate and create through entrepreneurship, special events, and educational programs.

Friday, October 17th, 2025: 4 PM - 11 PM
Saturday, October 18th, 2025: 11 AM - 11 PM

🅿️ Where Should I Park? & Festival Rules

Parking: Parking is available throughout the MidCity District and is FREE!

Cashless Gates: Please note that the festival gates are cashless, but cash and cards are accepted inside the festival by food and merchandise vendors. An ATM is available on-site.

What to Bring / What to Leave at Home:

✅ BRING THESE ESSENTIALS
Folding/camping chairs and blankets for the MainStage viewing area.
Strollers or small wagons.
Sunscreen and a hat.
SEALED bottles of water.
Your ID for adult beverage purchases.

🚫 DO NOT BRING
Outside food or beverages (Sealed water bottles are okay).
Coolers.
Dogs or any other animals (Service animals are permitted, but must be leashed).
Vape pens, cigars, cigarettes, tobacco, e-cigarettes.
Weapons, drugs, bikes, skateboards, skates, heelys, or glass containers.

IMPORTANT POLICIES:
Rain or Shine: WhistleStop is a rain or shine event.17 No refunds or exchanges.

Re-Entry: Re-entry is allowed! Just be sure to get a stamp at the gates before you exit, which will allow you to return on the same day.

Liability: By attending, you assume all risk and danger incidental to the event. Management reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is deemed disorderly.
