Check in location: Windsor High School - 6208 Highway 61-67 Imperial, MO 63052
Check-in time(s) 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. - no check in after 6 p.m.
Event start time: 10 a.m.
Event end time: 9 p.m.
Parking:
All attendees must park at the Windsor High School or Middle School parking lots. This is where check-in will take place.
*Please park in the front lots until full, then work your way around to the back of the school complex.
Handicap Parking is available at Windsor Elementary School. Must have a disabled placard or license plate - no exceptions - or risk of towing. We will have ADA bus transport all day from the Windsor Elementary School location. There is a 2nd check-in station there.
Drop off/pick up is along Windsor Harbor Road near the High School. Please be cautious while crossing to get to the check-in tents.

Check-In Details
Check-in is at the north corner of Windsor Middle School, located across from the police substation (see map below) It begins at 10 a.m and ends at 6 p.m.
All attendees must check in and receive a wristband before boarding the bus into town. Your wristband is required for transportation and participation in event activities.
What to Bring:
Please have your ticket confirmation email with QR code ready—either printed or on your phone.
What Happens at Check-In:
- You’ll present your ticket or QR code at check-in, where an event staff member will scan it.
- Please note: All tickets purchased in the same transaction are linked to one QR code.
- We’ll check in the number of witches present at that time, and any remaining tickets under your QR code will still be available when the rest of your party arrives.
After check-in, immediately put on your wristband and number sticker. Your wristband acts as your ticket and the number will get you door prizes and is used for the costume contest.
You may come and go as you please throughout the day, but be sure to check in before 6 p.m. Buses will run the entire duration of the event
Event Packet
At check-in in you will be given an event program, a "Passport to Savings" card with merchant specials, a tote bag, two wine tasting coupons for LaChance Winery, a bone scavenger hunt card, and an ink pen.
Early birds! The first 250 witches to check in will also receive a $10 gift card to be used at any participating merchant's store.
Transport into Town!
Buses will pick up near the check-in tents on Windsor Harbor Road. Friendly volunteers and a bus concierge will be on hand to assist you with boarding.
Enjoy a short ride to historic downtown Kimmswick, where buses will drop passengers at two convenient locations: 4th & Market and 4th & Elm.
Getting Around
Once you arrive in downtown Kimmswick and step off the bus, you’re free to explore the festival within the designated boundaries. Two maps are posted, near Elm/4th Street and Front/Mill, with keys to event locations and highlights near Elm/4th Street and Front/Mill. You will also have a map with your participant packet.
Dress Code: Witchy Attire Encouraged! 🖤
Unleash your inner witch! From glamorous sorceress to spooky spell-caster, this is your night to dress the part. Black hats, brooms, sparkles, lace, and capes are all welcome—just keep it fun and comfortable for walking around town.
Accessibility accommodations
Several ADA restrooms will be available in town. One will be at the end of the luxury restroom trailer on Market and 2nd, one near the Apple Butter Pavilion, and another will be on Front and Market.
Many merchants have ramps leading to their entrances, and we will do our best to accommodate anyone needing extra assistance with activities, or when purchasing from a vendor.
Flying Home
Buses will pick up at the same location where you were dropped off. If you’re staying until the event closes at 9 p.m., please be patient, as lines may form. This year, we’ve added two extra buses to help ease the rush.
A Few Spells to Know Before You Go:
This is an Adult Girls Night Out- 21 and Older! No children, no pets, no warlocks, or wizards.
Basic first aid location is at the Apple Butter Pavilion. For anything requiring more than a Band-Aid, we will call the paramedics (standing by) or 911.
Lost & found is located at the Kimmswick Visitor Center, 314 Market Street
We’ll be randomly drawing numbers throughout the night for special prizes and goodies! Be sure to check the board at the Prize Booth from time to time — your number just might be the next one conjured!

Ladies, it’s time to hex the stress and conjure up a night to remember. On Saturday, October 11, from 10 a.m. - 9 p.m., the charming streets of Kimmswick come alive with cackles, cocktails, and a cauldron full of fun at the annual Witches Night Out—hosted by the Kimmswick Visitor's Center. This night is for witches 21 and up* - no one under 21, no pets, no wizards or warlocks - no exceptions. Come dressed to slay (witch hats, capes, fishnets—yes, please) or just bring your untamed spirit.
2025 will bring lots of new and exciting thrills around every corner! Expect live performances on four stages, psychic readings (fees apply), spooky shopping deals, a costume contest with cash prizes, body art stations, and much more unexpected magic. Sip brews, bubbles, and booze, snack on devilish delights, and dance like no one's watching—because tonight, it’s all about you. In addition, your good time supports local causes and the Kimmswick Visitor Center, helping preserve the magic of this historic town for generations to come.

*Witches Night Out invites women 21 and older to gather in a mystical celebration of strength and spirit. Bring your magic, your laughter, and your secrets — this is a night to belong.
ID Policy: For this event, anyone who appears under 30 may be asked to show a valid, government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, state ID, or passport). Expired or altered IDs will not be accepted. Please have your ID ready when checking in.
Tickets are $40 + nominal processing fees
A very limited number of tickets (200) will be available on Sunday, August 24, starting at 11 a.m. at the Kimmswick Visitor's Center. Limit of 5 (five) per person - no exceptions.

Parking
All Witches Night Out guests must park or be dropped off at Windsor High School. 949 Windsor Harbor Rd, Imperial, MO 63052
There is no parking available in town. Vehicles parked in residential areas or “No Parking” zones are subject to towing.
Accessible Parking
Handicap-accessible parking will be available at Windsor Elementary School, 6003 6th Street, Imperial, MO 63052, with ADA shuttle buses provided. A valid handicap placard or license plate is required.
