COPING WITH GRIEF THROUGH WRITING
a Conversation and Session with CBC
Thursday, March 28, 2024
7:00 - 8:00PM
on Zoom
Join a community conversation and writing session about the impact of grief and life changes after a loved one's death.
- You will gain an understanding of expressive writing and how it might support you as you grieve.
- You will be invited to write using one prompt to help explore grief's complexities.
- You'll have an opportunity to practice diaphragmatic (belly) breathing as part of the writing exploration.
To join us, please ensure you have something to write on and with for the session. We encourage you to turn your camera on during the Zoom session, as it will help us feel more connected to each other. However, this is a suggestion, not a requirement.
