Join us for another EmpowHER event presented by Junior League of Gainesville-Hall County. EmpowHER events are designed to empower members of Junior League as well as women in our community on a given topic. This EmpowHER event is all about EMPOWERING high school girls in our community by offering free prom dresses so every student can feel confident, beautiful, and celebrated—no matter their financial situation. Participants will receive a free new or gently used formal prom dress, which is theirs to keep. We encourage them to extend the life of the garment after their event by sharing it with a friend or donating it to a charitable organization. Many of the new, unworn gowns were graciously donated by Christopher Davidson - owner of Christopher's - on the Square in Gainesville, GA. Other new and gently used dresses were donated by members of the Junior League.
