Join Wolverine ambassador Johnny for a Labor YAY training trail run on the West side of Michigan! Run the Deep Lake Mountain Bike Loop — just around 13 miles. There's parking at the mountain bike trailhead, which we’ll use as a mini HQ for the day. Johnny will likely set up a simple water station around mile 9 near McDonald Lake, but come prepared with your own hydration and fuel.
You'll run mountain bike loops A-F, in order, counterclockwise. Runners can easily take various shortcuts to shorten the distance. Need more mileage do two loops! Need 20 miles? Do one loop plus A - B, shortcut to 10, E - F! You get the idea. It's the perfect setup for all distances, 100 milers through 50K!

Don't forget this is a State Park, so you have to have the Recreation Passport.
