  • Don't print anything...either show your ticket on your phone or provide your name. Check-in will be at the Terrace steps closest to the parking lot.
• The Run / Walk will start at 12 pm. Gather on Terrace around 11:50 to receive instructions regarding the course. 
• The Run / Walk is 6.4 k or 3.97 miles. 
• Tickets include access to the event plus 1 glass of wine or 1 beer. 
• 21 + (that includes infants, toddlers, children, teens, almost 21)

Fine Print about Rain:

The safety and enjoyment of our participants are our top priorities. Due to the nature of outdoor events, we recognize that weather can play a significant role in the experience of our runners. In light of this, we have established the following rain policy:

• Weather Monitoring: We closely monitor weather forecasts leading up to the event. Should there be a forecast for rain, we will assess the potential impact on the trail conditions and runner safety.
• 
  Event Proceeding: The event will proceed in very light rain conditions that do not pose a risk to the safety of participants or significantly degrade the trail. We encourage runners to prepare for all weather conditions, including light rain. 
• 
  Event Cancellation and Ticket Refunds: In the event of heavy rain that is deemed unsafe for runners or that could cause significant damage to the trail, we reserve the right to cancel the event. Under such circumstances, all registered participants will be entitled to a full refund of their ticket purchase.
• 
  Notification: Participants will be notified of any changes to the event status as early as possible through email, our website, and social media channels. This includes any decisions to cancel the event due to rain.
• 
  No Rescheduling: Due to the complexity of organizing trail runs, we will not reschedule the event. Instead, participants will be refunded and given priority registration for future events.
• 
  Refund Process: In the case of event cancellation due to rain, refunds will be automatically processed within 14 business days to the original payment method used during registration. Participants do not need to request a refund; it will be done automatically.
