Information
Our Mission: To provide a space where families can imagine, design, and create their ideas together and learn through hands-on exploration.
Our Workshops: Allow you to explore different Maker Lab studios every month. In our exclusive Artisans Apprentice (teen/adult), Tinker & Make to Learn Activities (kids) and Challenge Quests (family), we guide you through how to use equipment and tools in each of our studios. These activities and challenges utilize the engineering design process, critical thinking, collaboration, problem solving, and creativity. You will imagine, design, and create something new every session!
Core Beliefs: Education is not one-size-fits all and everyone should be encouraged to explore their passions. Character matters and we should be given opportunities to develop trustworthiness, respect, responsibility, fairness, caring, and citizenship. We are all capable of setting goals and following through to finish our task. Success is that task completed and done well.
Our Promises: Begin a path to lifelong learning. Find and develop your passions and talents. Build character, resilience, and agency. Develop independence, confidence, and determination. Value a healthy lifestyle, good stewardship, and freedoms. Treasure nature, the arts, and life’s many wonders. Learn skills and knowledge to build a better world.
Our Commitment: Flexibility in payment and scheduling options. Voice and participation in your workshop experience. Access to co-working spaces, extracurricular
activities, and additional workshops. Financial support via our volunteer opportunities and sponsorship. Peace of mind knowing that you are supported in
learning and growing in a specific Maker Studio or skill set.
