Virtual Runs

A virtual run lets you participate in a race on your own schedule, from anywhere you choose. Instead of showing up on race day, you run or walk the distance at a time and place that works best for you. On a trail, treadmill, neighborhood route, or park. You record your time in your preferred time app or watch and upload your results online.

Once you register, you have up to 2 weeks after the in-person race to upload your timing results and distance online. (No need to email us photos of your results as proof!)

To upload results go to event page, MENU> RESULTS> SUBMIT VIRTUAL RESULTS.

Your themed T-shirt and finisher medal will be mailed out the week following the in-person race. You will provide your mailing address when registering.

Race Day

Packet Pickup is always on Race Day starting an hour and a half before race start and ends 20 minutes before race start.

If a Pre-Race Packet Pickup is needed, we will send out that information to all registered participants via email.

All participants in every distance receives the Medal shown in the Swag Photo. The Kid's Dash will receive a Special Kid's Medal.

Due to park permitting, we give all participants up to 4 hours to complete their distance.

Yes, we just ask that you start towards the back of the chute to prevent any tripping hazard as this is the most crowded part of the race.

Yes, we allow walkers in all distances.

If you can't make it to your event, please contact us and we'll be happy to help you transfer your registration to Virtual* or to another event at another date/city or to a friend!

* If you are unable to attend the race in person, you may request to switch your registration to the Virtual Run option up until Thursday before race weekend. Your race swag items can be shipped to you for a $9.95 shipping fee. Requests received after the Thursday deadline may not be eligible for the Virtual Run option or swag shipment.

Youth-based pricing is available for the 1 mile, 5K & 10K/Quarter - 12 yrs old & under are only $15!

Shirt guarantee cutoff is 10 days out from the event. Make sure to register before then to ensure you get a shirt your size!
