Q: How many people can go thru at one time?
A: To allow for the maximum experience we prefer to send customers thru 6 at a time.
Q: Do tickets sell out?
A: No, If your group purchases tickets prior to closing, you will be given the chance to test your luck in the Chamber.
Q: Is parking available and how much does it cost?
A: Yes, parking is available, but spaces are limited. We do ask that you carpool if possible. There is no additional cost for parking.
Q: Can I wear my costume to the Haunt?
A: No, to preserve the safety of other guests, costumes are not allowed other than on Scream Chamber employees (and we know who they are).
Q: Is there food?
A: Yes, we have a stocked concession stand on site to curb your cravings.
Q: What is the age limit for children?
A: We do not recommend this attraction for children under 12 years of age; however, you know your child better than we do. Toddlers and infants will not be permitted into the attraction but may stay outside with another adult.
Q: What if it rains?
A: The Scream Chamber has you covered! Our Haunt is 95% under roof. Ponchos or rain jackets are good on rainy nights but umbrellas will not be allowed once you enter the haunt.
Q: Is there anything to do while I wait to go through the house?
A: Yes! You do not have to get in line at the haunted house until your ticket number is called. Until then you can
take part in playing one of our mini escape games, axe throwing, visit out gift shop, or grab a bite to eat at our
concession stand.
Q: Can I bring outside food or drinks?
A: We do not allow outside food or drinks insode the gate. We sell food, drinks, sno cones, and alcohol (for 21+).
