Our services include custom registration setup, pricing structures, discount and referral programs, team and fundraising integration, participant management, email communication tools, waiver management, reporting, and race-day check-in support. Whether your event hosts 100 participants or several thousand, our goal is to create a smooth and professional registration experience from the first click to the finish line.
As certified RunSignUp partners, we also help events maximize visibility through marketing integrations, club partnerships, race series inclusion, and promotional support across the Upstate Running Club and Upstate Race Series network.

At Upstate Race Series, marketing support is included with every partnership because we believe great events deserve visibility. Through our growing network of runners, race directors, sponsors, and community organizations, we help promote your event before, during, and after race day.
Our marketing support includes social media promotion and engagement across our Upstate Race Series and Upstate Running Club channels, race calendar web listings, newsletter features, and automated participant email communication through the RunSignUp platform. We also assist with race branding, promotional graphics, registration announcements, price increase reminders, and race-week participant updates.
With access to thousands of local and regional runners throughout the Southeast, our goal is to help your event build momentum, increase participation, and create long-term community engagement.

At Upstate Race Series, we provide professional race timing and event day registration support services built to create a smooth, accurate, and stress-free experience for race directors and participants alike. From local 5Ks and trail races to ultramarathons and championship cross country meets, our experienced timing crew is equipped to handle events of all sizes throughout the Southeast.
$500 Setup Fee + Per Runner Fee

When you contact our service team, we’re ready to answer any questions you have about hosting your event. Whether it’s your first annual race or your 50th, our crew brings over 100 years of combined experience working behind the scenes, behind the finish line, and alongside race organizations just like yours.
In our initial consultation, we focus on two main objectives:
- Guidance – Helping you clarify your vision, answer your questions, and point you toward a successful race day.
- Education – After servicing 150+ races in 2025 alone, we know where the obvious pain points tend to appear. Our goal is to help you avoid those pitfalls and create a smooth, “downhill finish” experience for your runners and staff.
