You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current information when registering, donating, applying, purchasing, submitting forms, or communicating with NWANA.

This includes, when applicable:

7. No Medical Advice

NWANA does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, physical therapy, rehabilitation, or healthcare services.

Information related to health, wellness, fitness, training, safety, injury prevention, movement, or physical activity is provided for general educational purposes only.

You should consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any physical activity program, especially if you have a medical condition, injury, disability, health concern, or have been inactive.

8. Waivers and Releases

Specific events, programs, courses, registrations, applications, or activities may require separate waivers, releases, acknowledgments, or agreements.

By completing a registration or application, you agree to any waiver, release, acknowledgment, or terms presented during that process.

10. Events, Programs, and Schedule Changes

NWANA may change, postpone, reschedule, modify, convert, or cancel events, programs, courses, challenges, competitions, or activities due to weather, safety, low participation, operational needs, venue issues, emergencies, public health concerns, technical issues, or other circumstances.

NWANA may correct, revise, remove, or update results, rankings, standings, or records when errors, eligibility issues, rule violations, technical problems, or verification concerns are identified.

Publication of results or rankings does not guarantee awards, recognition, license approval, certification, future eligibility, or continued listing.

12. Licenses and Certifications

NWANA may offer licenses, certifications, credentials, renewals, training programs, and related applications.

A NWANA license or certification is an organization-issued credential. It is not a government-issued medical, healthcare, physical therapy, athletic training, or professional state license.

13. Payments and Fees

NWANA may collect registration fees, license fees, certification fees, course fees, donation payments, sponsorship payments, merchandise payments, or other payments.

All fees are shown at the time of transaction or in the applicable program information. Fees may change at any time.

Third-party platform processing fees may apply and may be non-refundable.

15. Donations

Donations may be used to support NWANA’s mission, programs, sport development, education, events, safety, outreach, operations, community programs, health and wellness initiatives, and related organizational purposes.

If a donation campaign identifies a specific purpose, NWANA will make reasonable efforts to use funds for that purpose. If the original purpose becomes impractical, unavailable, completed, or no longer needed, NWANA may redirect funds to a related organizational purpose consistent with NWANA’s mission.

Donation recognition, donor listings, campaign thermometers, and public acknowledgments may be offered at NWANA’s discretion.

16. Sponsorships and Partnerships

Sponsorship and partnership opportunities may be subject to separate written terms, package descriptions, approval requirements, payment terms, deliverables, timelines, and brand-use rules.

NWANA may decline, modify, or terminate sponsorship or partnership participation if it conflicts with NWANA’s mission, values, policies, safety standards, legal obligations, or reputation.

Sponsorship or partnership participation does not grant ownership, control, governance rights, endorsement rights, or exclusive rights unless specifically agreed in writing.

17. Merchandise and Digital Materials

NWANA may offer merchandise, downloads, educational materials, documents, forms, guides, or digital resources.

Availability, pricing, delivery timing, formats, and product details may change.

18. Intellectual Property

NWANA names, logos, marks, materials, rulebooks, documents, educational content, training materials, website content, images, videos, designs, and other resources are owned by NWANA or used with permission unless otherwise stated.

You may not use NWANA names, logos, brand assets, event names, program names, training materials, or official marks for commercial, public, promotional, or organizational purposes without written permission from NWANA.

19. Photos, Video, and Media

NWANA activities may include photography, video, livestreams, interviews, screenshots, social media posts, or other media.

By using NWANA websites, registering, donating, applying, purchasing, or participating, you acknowledge that NWANA may collect and use information as described in the Privacy Policy and as reasonably necessary to operate NWANA activities.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NWANA, its board members, officers, directors, volunteers, employees, contractors, officials, instructors, coaches, organizers, affiliates, sponsors, and partners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to participation, registration, donations, purchases, licenses, certifications, website use, third-party platforms, results, rankings, communications, or NWANA activities.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply.
