- Meeting every Thursday evening
- Check-in begins at 6:00 PM - 6:15 PM
- Group warmup begins at 6:15 PM
- Group run takes off promptly at 6:30 PM
- If a group run in cancelled due to severe weather, an email notification will be sent out by 5pm.
