The Haunted Forest 5K is a FLAT and FAST event with a total of 30 feet of elevation and 4 turns.

WE ARE RUNNING A NEW COURSE THIS YEAR!

The field is limited to 450 runners.

The race starts on Canal Street and stays with the Full / Half Marathon to Mile 1. The 5K turns LEFT onto Millfield Road then LEFT onto Stover Farm Circle, makes a 180 degree turn, RIGHT onto Millfield Road, LEFT onto Canal / Erie Street, RIGHT onto the towpath trail. It is a straight run South back to the Finish Line.

Water and Lemon Lime Gatorade will be at  Mile 2.
