Training Description
Do you have a goal of running the Charles Street 12 on August 30th, 2025? Our training program will prepare you to race your best on Charles Street or another race around the same time. Along the way you'll learn about increasing your mileage, tempo runs, track workouts, hill workouts, recovery runs, nutrition, hydration, injury prevention, and much more. Each group will meet twice a week and receive weekly training plans your expert coach.
Our Annapolis Charles Street 12 training is a 12 week session starting Saturday 6/14/25 and will last through race day on 8/30/25.
Each registration will receive a $20 gift card to Charm City Run. Coaches will have gift cards the first week of training.
