Training Description
Do you have a goal of running a half marathon? Our half marathon training program will prepare you to race your best in Havre de Grace or another half around the same time. Along the way you'll learn about increasing your mileage, tempo runs, track workouts, hill workouts, recovery runs, nutrition, hydration, injury prevention, and much more. Each group will meet twice a week and receive weekly training plans your expert coach.
We have half marathon training sessions two times a year. Each session offers a 12 or 18 week block of training. Additionally, we offer shorter prep programs from time to time to build strength and give you a solid foundation when you're not actively training for a race.
Each registration will receive a $20 gift card to Charm City Run. Coaches will have gift cards the first week of training.
