Training Description
Training for a 10K this fall? Coach Jenny will get you running and walking up to the 10K distance while helping you stretch and strengthen safely and effectively.
You will meet twice a week for supported group runs and walks with your fellow runners and coach — once for a speed or hill workout and once for distance in addition to following a weekly training plan. Weekly emails will outline your training plans for the days you don’t meet and allow you to follow along on your own for a virtual experience if you wish.
No running experience is necessary! Runners, walkers, and run/walkers of all levels are welcome!
