Training Description
Training for a 10K this fall? Coach Erica will get you running and walking up to the 10K distance while helping you stretch and strengthen safely and effectively.
You will meet twice a week for supported group runs and walks with your fellow runners and coach — once for a speed or hill workout and once for distance in addition to following a weekly training plan. Weekly emails will outline your training plans for the days you don’t meet and allow you to follow along on your own for a virtual experience if you wish.
No running experience is necessary! Runners, walkers, and run/walkers of all levels are welcome!
Here is what you receive when you sign up for our Timonium Fall 10K program:

Each registration will receive a $20 gift card to Charm City Run. Coach Erica will have gift cards the first week of training.

Susquehanna Running Festival 10K Training- Starting 7/27/25, Ending 9/20/25 (8 weeks)
12 Week 10K Block- Susquehanna Running Festival 10K & Baltimore Run Festival 10K Training: Starting 7/27/25, Ending 10/18/25
15 Week 10K Block- Susquehanna Running Festival 10K, Baltimore Run Festival 10K Training & Bay Bridge Run: Starting 7/27/25, Ending 11/9/25
Bay Bridge Run 10K Training- Starting 9/14/25 , Ending 11/9/25 (8 weeks)
