Reserving Your Tree:
There is no cost to reserve your tree — this step simply lets us collect your information and confirm your spot.

By reserving a tree, you agree to secure a sponsor by September 30, 2026. Trees that are not sponsored and paid for by this date will be released to the waitlist.

How Sponsorship Works:

If you already have a sponsor: Provide their information during checkout, and we will send them an invoice for the $500 tree sponsorship.

If you don't yet have a sponsor: Email your sponsor's information to EPCEWV@gmail.com as soon as it's secured so we can send the invoice.

Deadline:
The $500 sponsorship invoice must be paid in full by 11:59 PM on September 30, 2026 to retain your tree.
