The Town of Lovettsville is excited to welcome you to our 29th Lovettsville Oktoberfest celebration! This cherished community tradition brings together 10,000–13,000 visitors annually for a weekend of authentic German food, drinks, dancing, crafts, and entertainment. What started as a small-town event has grown into one of the region’s most anticipated festivals, and we want you to be part of it!

Vendor Village
We are thrilled to announce that Vendor Village will be a two-day event this year, taking place on Saturday, September 27, and Sunday, September 28!

This exciting expansion means even more opportunities for vendors to showcase their businesses, nonprofits, or handmade goods to a large, enthusiastic, and family-friendly crowd. Don’t miss your chance to be part of one of the region’s most beloved fall festivals!

Application Details
All vendors must review the 2025 Lovettsville Oktoberfest Vendor Information Packet, complete the Lovettsville Oktoberfest 2025 Vendor Application, submit required documents, and pay applicable fees to be considered.

Vendor Application Deadline:
Monday, August 18, 2025 or until all spaces are filled; apply early for the best location assignments!
