Join NWI Triathletes for Pool Games & Group Swim at Hobart High School aquatics centers.

Sunday March 9th at 9AM. 

Get ready to have a BLAST with various games with REAL prizes!

You are welcome to cheer, participate in all or some of the games, or just get in a good workout.

Free for all, membership encouraged. The more the merrier!

Welcome to the Pool Games Event!

General Rules:

1.  Play fair, have fun, and respect other participants.
2.  Listen to the game hosts for instructions.
3.  No roughhousing or unsafe behavior in the pool.

Game Instructions:

1. Wet T-Shirt Relay

•  Teams of 3 will race while passing a soaked t-shirt between teammates.
•  Each teammate must swim 50 yards wearing the t-shirt.
•  First team to finish wins!

2. Sharks and Minnows

•  One player starts as the “Shark,” standing in the middle of the pool.
•  The rest are “Minnows,” who must swim across the pool without being tagged.
•  Tagged players become Sharks. Last Minnow standing wins!

3. Totally Tubular

•  Teams of 3 take turns riding a tube while the other two push or paddle them.
•  Each team must complete 3 full laps (one per player).
•  The first team to complete all laps wins!

4. Kickboard Battle

•  Two players face off, each holding onto the same kickboard.
•  Using only leg power, push the opponent to the other end of the pool.
•  The last person standing after elimination rounds is the champion!

5. Diving for Treasures

•  Weighted objects will be scattered in the deep end of the pool.
•  Each player gets one dive to collect as many treasures as possible.
•  The player with the most treasures wins!

6. Obstacle Course Battle

•  Complete a freestyle swim (100 yards), exit and cross obstacles set up in the pool.
•  Head-to-head rounds continue until only one winner remains!

Awards & Closing

•  All winners will be announced at the end of the event.
•  Stick around for group photos and prize distribution!
