The Cleveland Oktoberfest Bier Olympics is a day of corporate athletic competition promoting employee wellness, company camaraderie, and business networking all while enjoying the festivites of Cleveland Oktoberfest.

Our events foster a team-building atmosphere that is sure to bring employees closer together, while improving their overall well-being. This is a great way to not only discover and network with local companies, but to also to learn WHO they are.

Cleveland Oktoberfest Bier Olympics is open to organizations of all sizes and industries. Companies participate by sending a team of 10 employees to the event to compete in the tournament.

• Must be 21+ to participate.
• Company teams are made up of the EMPLOYEES of the organization.
• Employee is defined as full time, part time, temp, intern or co-op.
• Please Note: Players may represent ONE TEAM ONLY.

Teams will be scored based on time it takes to complete the full relay, with tie breakers being points rewarded for each individual events. 

After all teams complete the relay, all teams will have the opprotunity to run the course again to improve their previous score, RISK FREE! The better of the two scores will be taken for the final awards. 

Keg Bowling:
Bonus points awarded for a strike.

The rate to participate in the Cleveland Oktoberfest Bier Olympics, is a one-time fee and includes participation in the event, tickets into Oktoberfest for all 10 team members, 10 beer tickets, and a team uniform for each player. 

The registration fee is not refundable.

Event Schedule
The EVENTS page lists all of the events in the Cleveland Oktoberfest Bier Olympics. Each event page lists the format and rules of each event. 

Event Day
At the start of the event, each member of your team must check-in by completing a Waiver of Participation. This waiver will be available on-site for your team to sign individually.

CHECK-IN MUST BE COMPLETE PRIOR TO FIRST GAME, PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY.

Weather Delay / Cancellation

The event will be hosted outside, so please plan accordingly. 

If the tournament will be cancelled or delayed due to weather, the following notifications will be sent out:

• Team Captain for each company will be contacted via email to relay the message to the rest of the team.
• The Event Page for the for the affected event will be updated with a "Weather Notification"

If the event is cancelled due to weather conditions or unseen/unavoidable situations, the Oktoberfest Olympics will try and reschedule the events at the same location at a later date, subject to venue availability.

Awards will be given to the Top 3 teams. Winning teams will receive a trophy and awards for the participants, as well as other fun swag from our sponsors. 

Check In Time:
11:30am - 12:45pm

Each team members must check in at the white tent outside of the Oktoberfest gates to sign the participation waiver. The first teammate from each team will receive the team packet, which will include all Oktoberfest team tickets, drink vouchers, and shirts.

All participants should enter through the gate on Eastland Rd and park in the lot. Parking is free for all attendees.
