Weather Disclaimer
The Cleveland Oktoberfest Bier Olympic Games will be played Rain or Shine. A cancellation/postponement will only occur if the weather is severe and dangerous. The event will be hosted outside, so please plan accordingly.
Should the tournament need to be postponed for weather, a delay will take effect before games are officially cancelled.
Upon determination that the tournament must be cancelled, a reschedule/refund process will be implemented.
