A: It’s a festive holiday brunch event where guests can enjoy a delicious meal, meet Santa Claus, explore the east side of the zoo, take photos, and kick off the holiday season!
Q: When and where is the event?
A: Paws & Claus Brunch with Santa is held December 13 & 14, 2025; Brunch seatings will start at 9 am, 11 am & 1 pm inside the Conservation Discovery Center (CDC).
Q: Do I need to purchase tickets in advance?
A: Yes, advance brunch tickets are required as seating is limited and this event often sells out quickly.
Q: What’s included with my ticket?
A: Your ticket includes brunch, admission to the east side of the zoo, a visit and photo opportunity with Santa, and holiday-themed activities.

A: Yes, admission to the east side of the zoo is included with your brunch ticket purchase.

A: Tickets can be purchased separately, but seating during your brunch time slot is first-come, first-served.

A: Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another guest if you’re unable to attend.
Q: What ages need a ticket?
A: Guests over the age of 2 are required to purchase a brunch ticket.

Q: Will there be an opportunity to take photos with Santa?
A: Absolutely! Santa will be available for photos during your brunch session. Don’t forget your camera or phone!
Q: What kind of food will be served?
A: A delicious holiday brunch buffet featuring scrambled eggs, sausage, pastries, fruit, and beverages.
Q: Are there vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free options available?
A: Yes, we offer a selection of options to accommodate dietary preferences.
Q: How long does the event last?
A: Each brunch session is scheduled for approximately 90 minutes, but once you have eaten and visited with Santa, you can explore the zoo and do not have to stay for the entire brunch slot.

A: For the safety of our zoo animals, personal pets are not permitted. (Service animals are always welcome.)

A: Dress in your festive holiday best—or wear your favorite cozy sweater! The event takes place indoors. But you can explore part of the zoo, so bring weather-appropriate clothing.
