About RunSignup AI Chatbot
The RunSignup AI Chatbot is a new free option for Races, Ticket Events, and Membership Organizations using RunSignup’s Websites V2. The RunSignup AI Chatbot will provide automated answers to participants, attendees and members based on the content on the event Website, as well as participant data on the platform, such as race results. Early users of the RunSignup AI Chatbot technology report a drop in questions from customers of over 70%.
For the first 6 months, access to the RunSignup AI Chatbot will be limited as we build more automation to scale the onboarding process to meet customer demand. Any event can join the waitlist. However, there will be certain requirements to be eligible:

- Using Websites V2
- Excellent content on Websites V2 that will allow the RunSignup AI Chatbot to respond to customer queries
- For races, having Results in native RunSignup format
