Developing Courage: Way of the Peaceful Warrior

We live in a global community, and feel each other as never before.  That sensitivity brings a responsibility to step up and to find our inner strength, for the sake of ourselves as well as others.  We have been told by many teachers and guides that times will get rough at the dawning of the Golden Age.  Now is the time to develop the strength, courage, and wisdom to sail over any chaos.  This is the time to live for each other so that we can live in peace globally, in the highest possible viewpoint for all.  Join us in the practice of Kundalini Yoga Kriyas and Meditations that will broaden our perspectives to see how much we really do affect one another, and can ultimately heal and uplift one another.  Join us as we chant, laugh, dance, and then relax within the Sacred Sound Current of the Word.  All levels are welcome.

The Body As Memory: A Somatic Integration

In this movement based experience we will conclude our festival weekend with an opportunity to integrate and recode our bodies with the new experiences and information gathered from the weekend. After big experiences, such as a festival, we are given the opportunity to go back to our old ways of patterned behavior or begin a new path and walk in a new way. We will open our subconscious bodies through meditation and clear and recode through movement and somatic exploration, and close our container together. Concluding our festival and ready to re-meet our lives.

No previous experience needed, curiosity required. A yoga mat or blanket is helpful, please bring yours.
