Are you interested in learning more about trail running? If so, YOU are personally invited to attend this 3-hour workshop by Rain Bear Running and sponsors Peninsula Adventure Sports and North Olympic Healthcare Network.
This class might be for you if:
- You have always wanted to hit the trails but have been apprehensive
- You are looking to learn more about trail running in a non-competitive, judgment-free zone
- You want to mix up your road running routine
- You would like to learn more about building strength, fueling for your run, what gear to use, and how to take care of your body.
This workshop is led by professional instructors and speakers covering the topics below. Each speaker will provide handouts and materials.
