No Tracking of Personal Information. Website Owner's Henson.com website is not set up to track, collect or distribute personal information not entered by visitors. SMS Communications Program

Jim Henson's Creature Shop Tours offers an optional SMS text message program to keep guests informed about their upcoming visit. The following terms apply if you opt in to receive text messages from us.

How We Use Your Phone Number

Your phone number, if provided, will only be used to send operational messages directly related to your tour booking. It will not be used for promotional or marketing messages unrelated to your visit, and will not be sold or shared with third parties for their marketing use.

Consistent with the Jim Henson Company's Privacy Policy: no mobile or messaging consent information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS updates by checking the SMS consent box during the TicketSignup checkout process. Opt-in is entirely voluntary and optional.

How to Opt Out

Limitations of Liability and Indemnity

By using any services provided by Website Owner, you agree that in no event will Website Owner, its subsidiaries, officers, employees, agents, partners and affiliates be liable for any direct or indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages as a result of your accessing the Service. Your sole remedy for any breach or default of this Agreement by Website Owner shall be a return of any fees paid to Website Owner, if any, for any services provided under this Agreement.
