2026 Dignity Gala Honoree
There are many different ways for individuals and businesses to support Alternatives - through advocacy, financial contributions, service, and more! Dignity Gala honorees demonstrate unwavering and truly exceptional support, enabling Alternatives to fulfill its mission each day.
Alternatives proudly honors Nancy Good for 37 years of extraordinary leadership and service. For nearly four decades, Nancy was the heart of Alternatives—leading with compassion, vision, and an unwavering commitment to dignity.
Throughout her career, she built lasting relationships with clients, families, staff, and community partners, touching countless lives across New Jersey. At every step, Nancy kept the focus where it mattered most: ensuring individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health challenges and homeless individuals and families were seen, valued, and supported to live full, meaningful lives.
Through periods of change and challenge, her steady leadership helped Alternatives not only endure, but thrive - expanding programs, opening new homes, and strengthening communities. This honor celebrates both Nancy’s remarkable accomplishments and the enduring legacy she leaves behind.
