Your Pre-Flight Checklist:
Event Information
- Gates open from 11:00am to 10:00pm on Saturday and 11:00am to 6:00pm Sunday
- National Anthem and show kick-off starts at 1:00pm each day
- Tickets MUST BE purchased in advance directly from our website and will not be offered at admission gate - please buy online or by scanning the QR codes posted in the parking areas
- Re-entry is allowed, must show stamp upon re-entry
- There will be shuttle buses at Calhoun Community College parking lot and Carpenter parking lot
- There will be ATV shuttles from Garrett Road Parking
- Limited handicap parking at the Calhoun Technology Building by the general admission gate - must have handicap permit visible
- Limited handicap parking and bus shuttles at Carpenter Parking - Please use this option if you cannot take an ATV shuttle - must have handicap permit visible
- Veterans must present ID with Veterans ticket upon entry
- Purchases through Pryor Field merchandise tables are CARD ONLY
- Exhibitors and food vendors may accept cash
- No ATM's on site
- No water refill stations on site - bottle water available for purchase
- Bags may be checked upon entry
Allowed Items
- Two unopened bottles of water per person will be allowed upon entry
- Personal water bottles
- Sunscreen, hats, sunglasses, and ear protection
- Small personal umbrellas - we do ask that if you choose to use an umbrella, please be courteous of others and sit towards the back to not block views
- Chairs and blankets
- Stollers and wagons
- Clear bags and diaper bags

- Alcohol
- Animals
- Coolers
- Drones, Kites, or Remote-Controlled Aircraft
- Glass Items
- Large Beach Umbrellas or Tents
- Outside Drinks (Acceptions listed above)
