Tom and Debbie Uglean - Series Directors

Tom and Debbie Uglean oversee the Tour de Dirt race series and own Oklahoma Race Company, the official timing partner for the series. As past Tour racers, USA Cycling officials, and proud parents and grandparents, they’ve been part of Tour de Dirt since 2013. Their focus is on growing the sport and creating race experiences that are fun, safe, and accessible for riders of all ages and abilities.

Jeremy Collins — Kids Kup & Youth Development Director

Jeremy’s journey into mountain biking began after a high‑school injury pushed him off the traditional sports path and onto the trails. He saved up for his first real bike mowing lawns, a decision that led to eight years of professional racing and hands‑on work in bike shops supporting athletes of all levels.

Along the way, he discovered a passion for coaching—helping kids build confidence, resilience, and a love for riding. Jeremy is also SafeSport Certified, reinforcing his commitment to creating a safe and positive environment for every young athlete.

In 2026, Jeremy returned home to Oklahoma and came full circle when he joined the Tour de Dirt Kids Kup, the same program where he first raced back in 1997.

Today, he leads a dedicated team of coaches focused on developing young riders and creating a fun, safe, and supportive environment for every child who lines up at the start.
