We would not be able to host races without the help of incredible volunteers. You should be rewarded for giving up your time and effort and we are going to do our best to accomidate that. Volunteers for each race recieve: 

• $10/hr towards any Pioneer Ultra Race of their choosing. You can also choose to donate that total to our race charity partner in your name.
