Co-owner / Finance and Operations

Barry became co-owner with Premier Event Management in 2016.  With an extensive business experience background, he brought much to the organization and oversees all finance, internal operations and athlete services. 

Previously Barry was Founder and CEO of Creative Presentations, a multi award winning company, which provided sales and installation of audiovisual equipment. After starting the company in his garage at age 25, built it into one of the top successful US companies in the AV industry over a 20 year period and sold it in 2010.

He won many awards with Creative Presentations over the years including being listed 2x in the INC Magazine’s “INC 5000 Fastest Growing American Companies”, and recipient of the US SBA “Business of the Year” Award for Louisiana, Ernest and Young Entrepreneur of the Year finalist and several others.

As a certified triathlon coach through USA Triathlon, Barry coached several athletes in all distances and was a 10x All-American Triathlete from 2009-2015, 2019, & 2021 - 2025 and a 14x qualifier for the Ironman World Championships at both 70.3 and full 140.6 mile distances. Ranked #1 worldwide in his age group for the Ironman 70.3-mile distance in 2019 and Top 5 in 2021-2024.

Barry is the 2024 North American Ironman Champion in his age group. At the 2024 Ironman World Championship in Kona, Hawaii, he placed 2nd in the world in age group. 

Served on the Leadership Board with several organizations such as Fellowship of Christian Athletes, local Triathlon Clubs and member of his local church serving on several ministry teams since a teenager.
