A Celebration of Sound, Survival, and the Gift of Life
Join us on Saturday, September 27th from 10 AM to 3 PM at the beautiful Tradewinds Park for Heart & Soul: 70 Years of Music & Miracles — a one-of-a-kind music festival that honors two powerful legacies: seven decades of iconic music and 71 years of organ transplants saving and transforming lives.
Experience a day filled with rhythm, remembrance, and resilience as we blend the healing power of music with the inspiring stories of transplant recipients, donors, and the families who make miracles possible.

💚 Hosted by FOTA (Florida Organ Transplant Association), Heart & Soul continues our tradition of bringing the community together — from our annual April Run/Walk at Zoo Miami to our beloved holiday celebration, the largest gathering of transplant families in South Florida. All proceeds benefit FOTA and our mission to support the transplant community through forums to provide information and financial support for patients, caregivers and organ donor families, educate the community at large on the importance of organ donation, and fund transplant research. Our goal is to become a central hub of resources and fellowship for the transplant community.

Build-a-Bear Day is an annual event in collaboration with Kids Needing Kidneys where we invite transplant families for a day of beary fun!
The annual FOTA Hybrid Fun Run/Walk is held every April, as part of National Donate Life Month celebration!
Marina Day is an annual picnic for transplant families, in collaboration with the US Coast Guard and the US Coast Guard Auxiliary.
The FOTA Celebration of Life Holiday Luncheon is the largest South Florida gathering of the transplant community.
