The Ocean City Festival is for full or partial handbell ensembles or individual handbell ringers. The Guest Conductor is Brenda Austin as well as Past Chairs Kyler Brengle, Paul Brill, Al Reese, Laura Shelton, Linda Simms and Current Chair Kerry Johnston. Come help Handbell Musicians of America Area 3 celebrate their 65th Anniversary!
