What are the vendor hours?
Festival grounds open at 9:00AM for the Witchy paddlers check-in.
Witchy water parade runs from 11:00 AM–1:00 PM
Vendor market (craft, retail, and food) runs 10:00 AM –3:00 PM

How big is my vendor space?
Standard vendor spaces are approximately 10x10 ft.
Food vendor spaces are 10x20 ft. 

Is electricity or water provided?
No. No electricity or water is available. Vendors must be fully self-sufficient, bring your own generator, water tanks, or other equipment as needed for your setup.

Who sets up my space?
Vendors are responsible for their own complete setup and breakdown, including tables, tents, signage, generators, and all equipment.

Final Confirmation email
A final confirmation email will be emailed a week prior to the event with all the details, including setup start time, parking, etc..

What can I sell?
We welcome both Kitchen Witches (food and non-alcohol drink vendors) and Crafty Conjurers (retail, craft, and artisan vendors) MUST be Halloween/Witchy themed.  

Do I need a permit or insurance?
All vendors must carry liability insurance and Issue a Certificate of Insurance (COI).

Is my vendor fee refundable?
No. Vendor fees are non-refundable, consistent with our event's no-refund policy. We reserve the right to postpone or cancel the event due to circumstances beyond our control, in which case no refunds will be issued.
