The Smithfield Cup, held in historic Elizabethtown, N.C., celebrates the Carolinas’ rich barbecue history, featuring pork prepared from renowned Pitmasters from both North and South Carolina. The barbecue competition for state supremacy will feature meat and side sampling, live music and entertainment, a petting zoo, a kid zone, barbecue vendors, along with a selection of Craft Beer, Wine & Spirits.
