The Greater Des Moines Midwest Half Marathon, 5K, 10K and Kids One Mile Fun Run, was once again a fantastic morning of family, fitness and fun from downtown Des Moines Iowa and the Polk County Courthouse.  Once the races got underway, the sky's cleared and the event weather was perfect!
